El terme saludable deriva de la idea que \u00e9s possible distingir entre sistemes d'organitzacions sans i t\u00f2xics. En parlar del tret saludable, es dona a les organitzacions un nou mat\u00eds centrat en la cura de la salut, tant dels empleats, com de la mateixa organitzaci\u00f3 en el seu conjunt, de la seva efectivitat, superviv\u00e8ncia i desenvolupament futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paraules de Marisa Salanova, catedr\u00e0tica de Psicologia Social de la Universitat Jaume I, <strong>els beneficis econ\u00f2mics i socials generats per les organitzacions saludables superen amb escreix als generats per les t\u00f2xiques.<\/strong> Resulta necessari destacar que les organitzacions saludables afronten les crisis amb majors taxes d'\u00e8xit que aquelles poc saludables o t\u00f2xiques. I \u00e9s m\u00e9s, no sols sobreviuen a les crisis o aconsegueixen adaptar-se a elles, sin\u00f3 que salin encara m\u00e9s enfortides, sent organitzacions resilients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organitzacions poden posar en pr\u00e0ctica estrat\u00e8gies de gesti\u00f3 de persones per a desenvolupar-se cap a un model d'organitzaci\u00f3 saludable. Com?
