Si! Va ser un d'aquests dies en qu\u00e8 tens temps d'asseure't a veure pl\u00e0cidament una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula i mira per on em va tocar aquesta.. A vegades les coses mes ximples ens fan reflexionar i aquesta en concret em va fer pensar en un article que escrivim fa dos anys, i en la capacitat o la gran resist\u00e8ncia per contra que tenen les empreses a adaptar-se a l'entorn. I \u00e9s que\u2026 mira que \u00e9s dif\u00edcil canviar\u2026 Veritat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Sent en origen especialista en Biotecnologia crec recordar que els mutants s\u00f3n aquells \u00e9ssers vius que experimenten canvis en l'ADN. Aquesta mutaci\u00f3 els serveix per a adaptar-se millor a l'entorn i aconseguir prosperar d'una manera optima enfront dels no mutants, provocant d'aquesta manera un pas m\u00e9s en l'evoluci\u00f3 de l'esp\u00e8cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igual que succeeix amb les esp\u00e8cies ocorre amb les empreses\u2026 si si\u2026 N'hi ha \u00ab<strong>Mutants<\/strong>\u00ab, com per exemple serien empreses com Apple i Google, i les cal no ho s\u00f3n tant, com podr\u00edem dir que s\u00f3n Kodak o Nokia\u2026. Aquestes ultimes no s'adapten a l'entorn quan aquest canvia, o almenys no el fan amb la rapidesa necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 aquests canvis no sols no l'afectin sin\u00f3 que s'erigeixin fins i tot com una gran oportunitat, com s\u00ed que ho fan aquelles que evolucionen el seu ADN de manera tal que, no sols aconsegueixen la superviv\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 que reconquereixen l'\u00e8xit. A aquest segon grup d'empreses li direm empreses \u00ab<strong>Zombis<\/strong>\u00ab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1-1024x445.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11897\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:800px;height:350px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1-1024x445.png 1024w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1-300x131.png 300w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1-768x334.png 768w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1-18x8.png 18w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1-1.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empreses Zombis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les empreses \u00abZombis\u00bb romanen inalterables a la seva ess\u00e8ncia resistint-se a acceptar que els temps s\u00f3n uns altres, que han canviat, lluitant per preservar aquest modus operandi que els va fer triomfar per a intentar continuar monetitzant aquesta gran inversi\u00f3 en il\u00b7lusions, temps, recursos, creences que li van fer triomfar en el seu moment, mantenint-se esc\u00e8ptics en unes certes ocasions i cecs en altres al que ocorre al seu voltant i no escoltant els senyals, creient err\u00f2niament que seran capa\u00e7os de, amb les mateixes pr\u00e0ctiques, preservar l'\u00e8xit, empreses que creuen que el secret de l'\u00e8xit no muta,  quan, la mala not\u00edcia, o tal vegada la bona, \u00e9s que s\u00ed, el secret de l'\u00e8xit tamb\u00e9 muta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A toro passat com es diu comunament, que f\u00e0cil \u00e9s a dir all\u00f2 de \u00bb Per\u00f2 si era clar!\u00bb, \u00abPer\u00f2 com no es van adonar i no van reaccionar!\u00bb i totes aquestes coses que ens fan sentir tan b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 nosaltres\u2026 nosaltres s\u00ed que ens hagu\u00e9ssim adonat\u2026 o no..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empreses Mutants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tota aquesta reflexi\u00f3 em porta a intentar plasmar en una llista de 15 la s\u00edntesi de la meva experi\u00e8ncia entorn de quins s\u00f3n algunes de les caracter\u00edstiques mes destacades que t\u00e9 una empresa mutant en contraposici\u00f3 a les quals no tenen les zombis. Anem per elles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No gestionen el canvi sin\u00f3 que provoquen el canvi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es replantegen peri\u00f2dicament el satus quo, repensant cada cert temps el seu model de negoci. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f3n r\u00e0pides a l'hora de reaccionar davant els canvis del compreu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posseeixen organitzacions din\u00e0miques i aut\u00f2nomes en les quals es fomenta la presa de decisions per part dels directius sense la \u00abnecess\u00e0ria aprovaci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0ticament\u00bb per part dels seus superiors de tota mena d'iniciatives. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La comunicaci\u00f3 entre departaments \u00e9s cont\u00ednua, fluida, f\u00e0cil i natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els diferents departaments coneixen els projectes i iniciatives de la resta i intervenen en ells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenen organitzacions planes o, cosa que \u00e9s el mateix, poc jerarquitzades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es premia la proactivitat, l'intentar-ho per a aprendre,  mancant d'import\u00e0ncia el fracassar de manera controlada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f3n eficients en l'\u00fas dels recursos. Aquestes empreses no tenen folgances i dediquen els recursos al realment important.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaudeixen de flexibilitat organitzativa, i enfoquen els seus recursos econ\u00f2mics i humans en els projectes estrat\u00e8gics, per\u00f2 no per aix\u00f2, inamovibles. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquestes empreses integren a clients i prove\u00efdors per a adaptar i millorar cont\u00ednuament la cadena de subministrament i adequar-la a les necessitats del client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estan pendents de les tend\u00e8ncies i moviments del mercat i de la compet\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinen de manera precisa i clara l'estrat\u00e8gia amb l'acci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El contacte permanent amb els clients \u00e9s una norma inviolable que els permet adaptar productes existents i llan\u00e7ar altres nous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La informaci\u00f3 sobre el client es rep des de m\u00faltiples canals i no en exclusiva per part del departament comercial sin\u00f3 de manera sistem\u00e0tica per part de la resta de departaments: R+D, compres, operacions, totalment conscienciats de la import\u00e0ncia de la figura que dona sentit a qualsevol empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1024x445.png\" alt=\"empresas zombies\" class=\"wp-image-11895\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:800px;height:350px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-1024x445.png 1024w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-300x131.png 300w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-768x334.png 768w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven-18x8.png 18w, https:\/\/improven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PB-imagen-destacada-improven.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bones not\u00edcies de les empreses Zombis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes aquestes, que no s\u00f3n poques, formen part d'una llista oberta i crec que totes elles estan molt relacionades amb la cultura de l'empresa, amb la seva hist\u00f2ria, estan impregnades per pr\u00e0ctiques del sector, per les necessitats dels clients, pel car\u00e0cter de la direcci\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 influ\u00efdes directament per les inquietuds estrat\u00e8giques que la ger\u00e8ncia tingui i de les seves ganes d'imprimir-li velocitat a la seva gesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que cadascuna d'aquestes accions es pot implantar en qualsevol empresa i per tant, totes les empreses Zombis poden convertir-se en empreses Mutants, almenys aquesta \u00e9s la nostra experi\u00e8ncia. Amb ajuda, temps i dedicaci\u00f3, treballant en l'aterratge de l'estrat\u00e8gia, en la definici\u00f3 de l'organitzaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00f2ptima, en la comunicaci\u00f3 entre departaments, a aconseguir organitzacions m\u00e9s r\u00e0pides, m\u00e9s flexibles i m\u00e9s adaptades al mercat aconseguirem evolucionar aquest ADN per a aconseguir adaptar-nos a l'entorn i prosperar, per a aconseguir tal vegada mantenir o recuperar aquest \u00e8xit antany reeixit al qual ning\u00fa volem renunciar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Improven tenim comprovat que aquelles empreses que tenen una major capacitat d'adaptaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n les que aconsegueixen majors graus creixement en facturaci\u00f3 i en rendibilitat, millor satisfacci\u00f3 del client, i per tant, una major sostenibilitat i projecci\u00f3 en els seus mercats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I tu?
