A m\u00e9s, l'empresa no comptava amb processos prou estandarditzats ni eines adequades per a gestionar el creixement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb un volum de negoci de 3 milions d'euros i una operativa de compres majoristes, l'organitzaci\u00f3 necessitava evolucionar cap a un model m\u00e9s professionalitzat sense perdre la seva ess\u00e8ncia familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Problema: falta de governan\u00e7a clara i escalabilitat limitada<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal repte al qual s'enfrontava l'empresa era la <strong>abs\u00e8ncia d'una estructura organitzativa clara i d'\u00f2rgans de governan\u00e7a definits<\/strong>. Durant els cinc mesos de treball, es van dur a terme les seg\u00fcents accions clau:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disseny i implantaci\u00f3 d'un sistema de governan\u00e7a<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant comit\u00e8s i consells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Definici\u00f3 d'un nou organigrama i redacci\u00f3 de DPTs (descripcions de llocs de treball)<\/strong> per a millorar la claredat organitzativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reestructuraci\u00f3 d'objectius comercials<\/strong>, orientant els esfor\u00e7os cap a una direcci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica comuna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estandarditzaci\u00f3 de processos clau<\/strong>, garantint efici\u00e8ncia i replicabilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimitzaci\u00f3 del layout del magatzem<\/strong>, millorant l'operativa log\u00edstica i reduint temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenvolupament de <strong>quadres de comandament<\/strong>, especialment en \u00e0rees d'aprovisionament, per a facilitar el control d'indicadors clau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes mesures van establir les bases per a una organitzaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida, preparada per a escalar i afrontar els reptes del futur amb major seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El resultat: una empresa m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida, eficient i preparada per a cr\u00e9ixer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els resultats no es van fer esperar.
