I en molts casos, es fa imprescindible fer un pas enrere per a mirar el tot i redefinir el cam\u00ed. No obstant aix\u00f2, la r\u00e0pida evoluci\u00f3 del negoci havia generat desajustaments interns:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estructures organitzatives que no acompanyaven el creixement&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un model de govern desactualizado&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diferents velocitats entre unitats de negoci&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificultat per a definir un prop\u00f2sit compartit&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El moment d'inflexi\u00f3 era clar. No es tractava nom\u00e9s de planificar, sin\u00f3 de transformar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Redefinici\u00f3 del prop\u00f2sit i posicionament<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es va treballar amb el comit\u00e8 directiu per a <strong>formular un prop\u00f2sit corporatiu clar i compartit<\/strong>, alineat amb la cultura i capa\u00e7 de diferenciar la marca en el middle market dels serveis professionals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Estrat\u00e8gia de creixement org\u00e0nic<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada unitat de negoci va definir el seu full de ruta, amb objectius propis per\u00f2 integrats en una estrat\u00e8gia comuna. Es van definir <strong>l\u00ednies de diversificaci\u00f3 per serveis i mercats<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Estrat\u00e8gia de creixement inorg\u00e0nic<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es va desenvolupar un marc per a identificar oportunitats d'integraci\u00f3 en nous territoris i serveis, prioritzant sinergies i valor estrat\u00e8gic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Revisi\u00f3 de l'estructura organitzativa i model de govern<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es van readequar \u00f2rgans de gesti\u00f3, funcions de socis i criteris de decisi\u00f3. El nou model permetia escalar amb agilitat i mantenir la coher\u00e8ncia organitzativa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Redissenyo del profit sharing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema de distribuci\u00f3 de beneficis es va actualitzar, <strong>alineant la retribuci\u00f3 amb l'aportaci\u00f3 real i els objectius estrat\u00e8gics<\/strong>, fomentant la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i l'equilibri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El resultat: m\u00e9s focus, m\u00e9s cohesi\u00f3 i un creixement equilibrat<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En menys d'un any, els resultats van ser evidents:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es <strong>va consolidar un posicionament clar<\/strong>, amb focus en el middle market&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es va complir l'objectiu de <strong>diversificaci\u00f3 de serveis<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es va aconseguir l'objectiu de <strong>creixement org\u00e0nic<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>EBT va cr\u00e9ixer per sobre del 140%<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La signatura estava preparada per a abordar integracions futures&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'equip directiu va guanyar cohesi\u00f3 i visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica compartida&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El pla estrat\u00e8gic no va anar nom\u00e9s un document: va ser <strong>un proc\u00e9s d'alineaci\u00f3, presa de decisions i transformaci\u00f3 cultural<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3: el pla estrat\u00e8gic com a eina d'alineaci\u00f3 i lideratge<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest cas demostra que el <strong>desenvolupament d'un pla estrat\u00e8gic<\/strong> no es tracta nom\u00e9s de marcar objectius.
