En ell s'ha parlat, entre altres temes, de la continu\u00eftat de l'empresa familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una estructura de governan\u00e7a efica\u00e7 permet separar la gesti\u00f3 empresarial de les relacions familiars, protegint el patrimoni i el futur del negoci. La sessi\u00f3 ha comptat amb una taula rodona, titulada <strong>Associacionisme amb prop\u00f2sit compartit,<\/strong> moderada per <strong>Sergio Gordillo<\/strong>, soci Director de Improven, i en la qual han participat, <strong>Emi Boix<\/strong>, presidenta de Ivefa, i <strong>Maite Ant\u00f3n<\/strong>, presidenta de Aefa. S'ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia d'establir consells de fam\u00edlia, juntes d'accionistes i protocols que defineixin funcions, drets i obligacions dins de la fam\u00edlia empres\u00e0ria. Tamb\u00e9 s'ha incidit en la preparaci\u00f3 de les noves generacions com a accionistes responsables, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al dia a dia operatiu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels missatges m\u00e9s reiterats ha estat que la falta d'estructures ben definides arriba a generar conflictes innecessaris. Treballar des de l'amor i la professionalitat no \u00e9s incompatible: \u00e9s l'\u00fanica manera que el llegat perduri, posant sempre en el centre la competitivitat empresarial, han coincideixo Ant\u00f3n i Boix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels grans desafiaments de les empreses familiars \u00e9s aconseguir l'equilibri entre el vincle emocional i l'exig\u00e8ncia professional. L'amor entre membres no ha d'impedir prendre decisions amb criteris empresarials. Tot el contrari: combinar tots dos enfocaments \u00e9s el que dona for\u00e7a al llegat. No es tracta d'obligar-los a entrar, sin\u00f3 de formar-los perqu\u00e8 puguin decidir b\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La generaci\u00f3 fundadora en les empreses familiars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la trobada tamb\u00e9 s'ha abordat el paper de la <em><strong>generaci\u00f3 fundadora o s\u00e8niors<\/strong><\/em>, moltes vegades reticent a donar pas al relleu. Encara que la seva pres\u00e8ncia pot suposar un fre si no es gestiona b\u00e9, la seva experi\u00e8ncia i saviesa s\u00f3n un actiu essencial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels missatges m\u00e9s potents de la jornada ha estat que el repte no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s el relleu, sin\u00f3 mantenir a la fam\u00edlia unida entorn d'un prop\u00f2sit compartit. <strong>Volem continuar junts? Qu\u00e8 ens uneix?
