I \u00e9s que ara el talent \u201ces mou\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed ho ha explicat la manager de Desenvolupament Organitzacional de Inmerco by Improven, <strong>Esperanza Romero<\/strong>, durant el <em>seminari web<\/em> \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/El nuevo entorno laboral agitado ha propiciado el nacimiento del nuevo empleado \u201cconsumidor\u201d, ahora\">Guerra pel talent<\/a>: mantens o retens?\u2019, que ha reunit un centenar de responsables d'empreses interessades a con\u00e8ixer les claus per a comptar amb els millors professionals en aquest <strong><em>\u201cmercat laboral agitat\u201d<\/em>,<\/strong> en el qual es van a la compet\u00e8ncia si els ofereix millors condicions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a l'experta, <em>\u201cel canvi de paradigma requereix adaptar l'experi\u00e8ncia de l'empleat, mesurar el benestar de les persones en l'organitzaci\u00f3; saber qu\u00e8 allunya al talent i quin el fideliza \u00e9s fonamental\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les dades recolzen aquesta realitat: <strong>el 27% de les persones assalariades del nostre pa\u00eds considera deixar el seu \u00fas enguany<\/strong>, segons un recent informe de Infojobs. Un estudi de Cobee tamb\u00e9 revela que el 37% s'ha plantejat canviar de treball durant els \u00faltims sis mesos, un percentatge que ascendeix a m\u00e9s d'un 50% en el cas dels menors de 34 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest sentit, prop de la meitat de els <em>millenials <\/em>valoren com a fonamental que l'empresa ofereixi un ambient laboral agradable per a quedar-se, d'acord amb l'informe anual de<a href=\"http:\/\/randstad.es\/employerbranding\/estudiosemployerbrand\/\"> Randstand Employer Brand Research. &nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FQzGpdhXoAEUOhB?format=jpg&amp;name=small\" alt=\"empleado consumidor\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:700px;height:480px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com neix el nou empleat \u201cconsumidor\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201cAra l'empleat t\u00e9 mentalitat de consumidor i veu a les empreses com a objecte de compra, les investiga i s'assegura de la seva coher\u00e8ncia\u201d<\/em>, ha assenyalat, per part seva, la consultora de Desenvolupament Organitzacional de Inmerco by Improven, <strong>Silvia Soto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conciliaci\u00f3 familiar, treball flexible, plans de desenvolupament personal i programes d'immersi\u00f3 <\/strong>que posin el focus en el prop\u00f2sit de l'empresa s\u00f3n elements decisius perqu\u00e8 una empresa sigui atractiva, perqu\u00e8, en paraules de l'especialista, <em>\u201cja no parlem de missi\u00f3 sin\u00f3 de prop\u00f2sit i el talent vol saber com el seu treball aporta valor\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cJa no parlem de missi\u00f3 si no de prop\u00f2sit i el talent vol saber com el seu treball aporta valor\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix, Soto ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de l'empatia, la comunicaci\u00f3 i el respecte en el lideratge<em>, \u201cja que moltes vegades la gent es va pels seus caps\u201d. \u201cJa no parlem nom\u00e9s dels CEO i gerents sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 de comandaments intermedis, d'estils de lideratge l\u00edquids que siguin capa\u00e7os de donar resposta al canvi accelerat i d'influir en els seus equips per a dissenyar i redissenyar el model de negoci i l'estrat\u00e8gia de l'organitzaci\u00f3 davant els canvis, que s\u00e0piguen que les persones amb talent s\u00f3n un avantatge competitiu, que comptar amb elles marca una difer\u00e8ncia substancial en el seu negoci\u201d<\/em>, ha sentenciat.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FQzJrXDXoAQZpFO?format=jpg&amp;name=small\" alt=\"empleado consumidor\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:700px;height:480px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vols saber m\u00e9s sobre com podem millorar el rendiment del teu equip, no dubtis en <a href=\"https:\/\/improven.com\/cat\/contacte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">escriure'ns.<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el empleado consumidor?
